Gosh after ALL those DR's appt's, I became really depressed...I started eating more on purpose figuring, hey...if I am going to gain weight anyway....
I also gave up hopes of getting pregnant....
I ended up having 2 miscarriages in the same year....it was rough.
I have noticed, now, that when I am REALLY under ALOT of stress, I tend to have more trouble with my thyroid.
*****I AM NOT A DR, I AM NOT A MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL. ALWAYS TALK TO YOUR MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL BEFORE YOU DIET, EXERCISE, EAT CERTAIN THINGS, ETC.***** (I can ONLY tell you what helps me...and EVERYONE is different)
I have also dealt with eating/exercise disorders because of my thyroid issues....
Before Thyroid disease was confirmed, I'd go in and out...I would try to avoid eating...or I'd overwork myself....Its definitely hard and I am sure you can relate feeling helpless about what you can do....
Especially for women: BE CAREFUL....just because you don't feel your best or you hate how you look...don't go overboard like I did...it is VERY dangerous! I learned the hard way: for me, I need to eat small meals throughout the day....it helps me.
Does anyone struggle with massive water retention?
I also retain water in my legs, and abdomen....it makes me feel fat....even though it is just fluid....
SO far I just drink tea and water....exercise when I am not feeling weak and tired.....and take B vitamins, magnesium once in awhile, and iron when I need it....I also use these teas for PMS...
CHECK WITH YOUR DR FIRST!!!
